Thank you for choosing SUNNEX products. To protect your rights and interests, please complete the warranty registration online within 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain a one-year product warranty.
1. Customer needs to register the warranty for the product within 30 days from date of purchase. The product warranty period will be effective within one year from the date of purchase. Customer needs to present the Invoice of the Dealer when requesting repairs.
2. The Warranty service is only applicable to products purchased in Hong Kong and Macau.
3. During the warranty period, SUNNEX will repair the parts or replace the product free of charge, provided that the malfunction was due to workmanship and our QA department has confirmed that the product has been used properly.
4. The customer shall contact SUNNEX Customer Care for arrangement of service and send the product to SUNNEX office or the designated distributor of SUNNEX at customer’s own cost.
5. The following are exclusions for the free warranty:
* Damage caused by negligence or misuse;
* The product has been disassembled or repaired without SUNNEX authorization;
* Damage of consumable or wearable parts;
* Damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to any war, natural calamity, act of God or any other cause beyond the control of SUNNEX;
* Warranty period expired.
6. SUNNEX has the sole and final discretion in the interpretation of these Warranty Terms.
Please present the Invoice of Dealer for SUNNEX inspection during each service visit.
