This full size induction chafer is simple and stylish. The dome glass window with air vent keeps condensation to minimum level. The lid is removable for cleaning. The hydraulic hinge can keep the lid open at 90 degree, but allow slow and quiet closing. Each full size chafer includes a 8.5L food pan, a water pan and glass lid. Water pan is acted as base of chafer, good for induction warming.
